Job Description
Kavana Care is a growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children and families access high-quality autism services. As we expand throughout Maryland, we are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Provider Outreach Specialist to help establish our presence in the community and build strong referral partnerships. Position Overview The Provider Outreach Specialist will serve as the face of Kavana Care within the community. This role focuses on developing relationships with referral sources, attending networking events, coordinating outreach efforts, and increasing awareness of Kavana Care's services. As Kavana Care grows, there may be opportunities for candidates with ABA experience to transition into a hybrid role that combines community outreach with direct client support, allowing team members to continue building relationships while also making a direct impact on the families we serve. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, schools, therapists, community organizations, and other referral sources. Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach meetings. Represent Kavana Care at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings. Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase referrals and community awareness. Maintain ongoing relationships with community partners through regular follow-up and communication. Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of contacts and referrals. Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities within the Maryland market. Serve as a positive, professional ambassador for Kavana Care. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable speaking with professionals, families, and community partners. Self-motivated, outgoing, and highly organized. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation for local travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, special education, or human services. ABA therapy experience is strongly preferred. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, community outreach, marketing, or relationship management.
