Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Outreach Coordinator to lead our community engagement efforts and expand our network of volunteers and partners. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by performing outreach initiatives, and inspiring community involvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Duties Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit volunteers, donors, and community partners. Manage volunteer recruitment and ongoing engagement efforts. Organize and facilitate public speaking events, community presentations, staff information tables and informational sessions to raise awareness about our free services to the community & fundraisers, outcomes and advertise opportunities to get involved. Social media management and marketing campaigns to promote outreach activities and organizational goals. Collect data on outreach activities to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning. Coordinate with program staff to ensure alignment of outreach initiatives with organizational objectives. Lead some fundraising efforts through community events, donor engagement, and partnership development. Experience Proven experience in volunteer recruitments, sales and event planning 7 execution. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Background in project management, sales or marketing Experience with data collection, social media management, and administrative tasks. Knowledge of human services is a plus but not required Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in recruiting. Previous experience in fundraising or community outreach is highly desirable. $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
