Job Description

Position Purpose:
The Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator supports and advances the mission of the Compass Center by coordinating programs and community outreach initiatives. The role plays a key part in fostering a culture of belonging and inclusive excellence through the development and execution of student-centered programming, cultivation of community partnerships, and effective engagement strategies that enhance the student experience and strengthen institutional connections.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and outreach skills. Experience supervising others.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in an education environment.
