GED Typing Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Outreach Sales Manager, the Community Outreach Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, sales and outreach support to increase enrollment volume for PACE Southeast Michigan.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Assists with phone calls for referrals, follow up, schedule Home Visits, complete phone screens Manage incoming calls to Intake Department Attend community engagement events, as needed, included but not limited to health fairs, conferences, expos, and vendor booths. Including set up, event attendance, and take-down as assigned by the Outreach Sales Manager (this may include nights and weekends).
Responsible for referral management:
Discuss PACE model and program to potential enrollees and/or caregivers Maintain and generate leads Coordinate with intake department to arrange and schedule home visits Data input utilizing CRM platform for documentation Provide resources for potential participants and/or caregivers Collaboration with community outreach sales liaisons Attend weekly and monthly in-person huddle Attend Town Halls, In-person All- Staff team meetings, and any other required PACE meetings, unless on CTO. Work from corporate office at minimum, one day a week as assigned by the Outreach Sales Manager Maintain professional work environment from home Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Requires high school diploma at a minimum with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Requires 1-2 years of experience as an administrative, marketing, outreach assistant or similar Requires good communication skills. Preferred knowledge and experience with Salesforce Requires proficiency in computer skills (at least 40 wpm, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Has own transportation
