About PPL Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to become self-reliant through integrated services in housing, employment, and education. Job Summary The Enrollment and Outreach Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing Project for Pride in Living's mission by connecting individuals and families to employment, and supportive services. This position is responsible for conducting targeted outreach, coordinating program enrollment, and supporting participants through the intake and eligibility process. The Coordinator builds strong relationships with community partners and prospective participants, ensuring equitable access to PPL programs and services. ✅ What You'll Do Coordinating outreach in the community and Recruit eligible participants to participate in PPL's career focused programs and services Screening for services through PPL's CareerWorks, Access, and Career Pathways programming Coordinate outreach and recruitment efforts for PPL's Career Services, both in-person and online Host info booths at various events, including career/job fairs, festivals, as well as community organized events to engage potential program participants and generate new outreach leads Availability to work some evenings and weekends periodically ✅ What You Bring Strong knowledge of community programs and resources Comfortable presenting to large groups Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills Experience working with, and understanding, low-income communities and diverse populations Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel, Zoom, Teams and online meeting platforms Reliable transportation or valid driver's license and good driving record Education/ Experience BA/BS degree preferred in related field (additional experience may substitute for education) Experience with community outreach Experience speaking in front of large crowds and/or facilitating workshops Why You'll Love Working at PPL ✅ Competitive & Supportive Benefits Health & Dental Insurance Employer‑Paid Short‑ & Long‑Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid Parental Leave HSA or FSA Options Generous PTO & Paid Holidays 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match ️ Work‑Life Balance & Perks Summer Half‑Day Fridays (Memorial Day-Labor Day) Stable schedule with meaningful, mission‑driven work Work that directly supports housing stability and community well‑being
