As the Enrollment & Community Outreach Representative, you will... Support client enrollment campaigns and community outreach initiatives through direct public engagement Conduct face-to-face outreach in community, event, and business settings to drive enrollments and awareness Educate prospective participants and business partners while guiding them through the enrollment process Represent client partners professionally while communicating campaign objectives, services, and value Build rapport quickly and adapt communication styles to connect with diverse audiences Track outreach activity and enrollment results accurately to support campaign performance Stay informed on client programs, promotions, and community initiatives to ensure confident interactions Skills & Qualifications Needed to Succeed in the
Role:
Experience in a customer-facing role
- sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or community engagement are all relevant backgrounds The ability to have real, meaningful conversations — not recite a script, but listen, adapt, and connect A natural enthusiasm for building relationships within communities and local business networks Self-motivation and consistency in the field
