Job Description

We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving extrovert to join our team as a Event Coordinator & Community Outreach Assistant and help more people in our community discover life-changing care. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job. This is for the person who lights up a room, builds instant rapport, and thrives on conversations, challenges, and goals. If you're the friend who gets everyone organized, the one people naturally trust and follow, we want you. What You'll Be Doing Representing our office at community events , health fairs, and local business partnerships Organizing fun and educational events for the public and our patients (e.g., Patient Appreciation Days, Wellness Workshops, Grand Openings) Scheduling and running external marketing opportunities like: Lunch & Learns Free Massage Days for local Businesses Partner giveaways with local businesses Creating and maintaining community relationships (local gyms, salons, restaurants, nonprofits, etc.) Schedule and Complete Events that You Set Up Tracking your results using simple spreadsheets and follow-up systems (training provided) Working closely with our team and doctor to ensure smooth event execution and messaging Who This Role Is Perfect For You're a great fit if you: Are friendly, outgoing, and love starting conversations Enjoy being active in the community and meeting new people Can walk into businesses by themselves and start conversations Are organized and detail-oriented Like working both independently and with a team Want to be part of a mission-driven healthcare office that truly helps people feel and function better Preferred (But Not Required) Previous experience in event planning, marketing, PR, or hospitality Confidence in public speaking or presenting Basic comfort using email, social media, and spreadsheets (we'll train you) Schedule & Perks 20-28 hours/week to start.
