Make Lives Better, Build Your Future:
Join Heritage Communities as our Community Outreach Manager! At Heritage Communities, you're more than your title -- you're a vital part of a team that truly values every contribution. Whether you are an experienced healthcare sales professional or looking to take the next strategic step in your business development career, we offer a workplace where you're supported, appreciated, and empowered to thrive as you improve the lives of others in our senior living communities.
What You'll Do:
As our Community Outreach Manager, you will drive business growth and market presence across a strategic geographic cluster, serving as the essential bridge between local healthcare networks and our communities by: Identifying, building, and maintaining trusted relationships with physicians, discharge planners, home health agencies, and healthcare systems to position Heritage as the preferred senior living partner. Developing and executing targeted, high-impact regional outreach initiatives that consistently expand our referral pipeline and support occupancy goals across assigned communities. Building deep networks with area hospitals to ensure a smooth, compassionate, and seamless transition for seniors moving from a clinical setting into our care. Methodically scheduling and executing a high volume of weekly networking activities, presentations, and local organization involvements to keep Heritage top-of-mind.
