Job Description

Member Engagement & Events ManagerCapital City Sports & Fitness — Concord, NH Capital City Sports & Fitness is looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial individual to help grow our community events, member engagement, and overall facility experience. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys event planning, community building, marketing, and creating experiences that bring people together while helping grow one of New Hampshire's fastest-growing sports and fitness facilities. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly events Increase member engagement and facility activity Help support membership growth and retention Organize family events, senior activities, social nights, vendor fairs, and community programming Help increase concession traffic and facility engagement Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and execution Promote events through social media and community outreach Build relationships with local businesses and community partners Help create a fun, welcoming, and active atmosphere inside CCSF Examples of Events Senior Bingo Nights Family Fun Nights Trivia Nights Vendor Markets Holiday Events Parent Night Out Community Social Events Compensation $15/hour base pay Revenue share opportunities Performance-based bonus structure Flexible scheduling Growth potential based on performance Qualifications Event planning or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Social media and marketing experience a plus Self-motivated and highly organized Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Comfortable working independently and with teams Entrepreneurial mindset strongly preferred Why This Role Is Different This is more than a traditional event planning position. Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
