Corner Property Management is looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Lifestyle Director to help our community thrive. This role starts as a part-time, per diem position with the potential to grow into a permanent opportunity for the right person. If you enjoy variety, value flexibility, and have a talent for turning ideas into events that residents look forward to, we'd love to meet you. About CPM Corner Property Management is an NJ-based association management company dedicated to helping condominium associations run smoothly and thrive. We partner with communities across NJ and PA to provide professional management services. Compensation $35.00per hour Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and support community lifestyle programs, social events, and resident activities Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, instructors, and volunteers related to Association events Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, setup coordination, and on-site oversight Provide programming recommendations aligned with community goals and budget Support event communications, including notices, flyers, calendars, and resident outreach Attend Association-approved events or meetings related to lifestyle programming when requested
Requirements:
Experience in event planning, community programming, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Flexible availability to support events and meetings as requested Comfortable working with residents, vendors, and community stakeholders
