Job Description

At 4 Directions Integrative Mental Health, we believe healing is more than symptom reduction. We are building a premier integrative behavioral health and wellness organization focused on whole-person healing, trauma-informed care, community connection, and lasting change. As we expand our services, wellness programming, community partnerships, and facility footprint, we are seeking an exceptional Community Engagement & Growth Coordinator to help us grow our impact throughout Southern New Mexico. What You'll Do Community Relationship Development Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, schools, hospitals, courts, probation offices, employers, and community organizations. Represent 4 Directions throughout New Mexico and surrounding communities. Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, networking visits, and outreach meetings. Identify new partnership opportunities that increase access to behavioral health services. Program Growth & Community Impact Promote our Integrative Wellness Program, outpatient services, specialty groups, and future programs. Support enrollment growth and referral development initiatives. Assist leadership in expanding awareness of behavioral health and wellness services throughout the region. Help strengthen the agency's presence as a trusted community resource. Marketing & Brand Support Coordinate outreach materials, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. Assist with social media content and community engagement. Help ensure all public-facing materials align with agency brand standards. Support community events, educational workshops, and wellness initiatives. Data & Strategy Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and growth metrics. Monitor referral-to-intake conversion rates. Maintain referral partner databases. Provide monthly reports and recommendations to leadership. What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of experience in community outreach, healthcare, business development, marketing, public relations, education, nonprofit work, or a related field. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms. Reliable transportation for local outreach activities. Preferred Behavioral health, healthcare, education, or human services experience. Knowledge of local referral networks. Public speaking and presentation experience. Event planning experience. $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
