This is a unique dual role for someone who thrives on building relationships and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Community Outreach & Marketing Represent Interim HealthCare at community events and networking opportunities throughout Doña Ana County Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare professionals Support marketing initiatives to grow the agency's local presence Office Operations Oversee day-to-day office management and administrative functions Assist with scheduling coordination and caregiver support Ensure excellent service delivery for clients and caregivers Recruitment & Growth Assist with caregiver recruitment efforts Help establish and strengthen the agency's presence in the community What We're Looking For Confident, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing agency Strong work ethic and professional demeanor Experience in marketing, healthcare, office management, or business development preferred We will train the right person — enthusiasm and professionalism matter most Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED required Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation Proficient in basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to pass a background check Preferred Experience Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field Background in marketing, business development, or community outreach Prior office management or administrative experience Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the Las Cruces service area Why Join Us You'll play a key role in a growing agency making a real difference for families in Las Cruces and across Doña Ana County.
