Job Description

Job Summary (Please apply @ NMGirlScouts.org/careers) The New Member Engagement Manager is responsible for growing Girl Scout membership in Santa Fe County, Los Alamos County and Espanola. This includes recruiting girl and adult members, collaborating within the department to support new volunteers in the onboarding process, and fostering strong community partnerships. The New Member Engagement Manager ensures exceptional customer service while advancing the Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails' (GSNMT) mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. Responsibilities Skills
  • Must maintain a Girl Scout membership.
  • Experience in outside sales, recruitment, promotion, community building, or other relevant experience in growing membership.
  • Experience in volunteer management, youth programs, or community organizing, preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with databases, sales/customer management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region as required.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Work hours typically span a mix of standard business hours and evening or weekend work, depending on program and outreach needs.
  • Model behavior consists of the mission, values and purpose of Girl Scouting.
Pay:
$45,000.00 per year
