Move-In Coordinator - Memory Care Community

Vineyard Henderson Memory Care, located in Henderson, NV is seeking a passionate and strong customer-oriented Move-In Coordinator to facilitate new residents moving into our community. Training available for qualified candidates Responsibilities of the Move-In Coordinator Manage the move-in process and provide excellent customer service experience. Assists in all sales functions for the community, including outreach and professional development as needed. Assists in sales tasks including managing leads, lead generation, and touring prospective new residents and professionals. Strong closing skills. Ensure that the community is always presentable for tours and visitors. Assist in the coordination of special events for the community. Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity. Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. Complete state required training upon hire and annually. Required Experience Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience in Senior Living, Memory Care, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Healthcare is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
