Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Marketing / Hospital Liaison to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong referral partnerships, increasing facility census, and serving as a key connector between hospitals, healthcare providers, and our admissions team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners Conduct regular onsite visits to referral sources to promote facility services Identify and secure new referral opportunities to support census growth Act as a liaison between referral sources and the admissions team to ensure smooth transitions Communicate effectively regarding bed availability, services, and specialty programs Track referral activity and maintain detailed records of outreach efforts Assist with coordinating patient referrals and follow-ups Represent the facility at networking events and community outreach initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with operational goals Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or hospital liaison role preferred Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including hospitals and post-acute care Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems a plus Schedule Full-time Flexible schedule with regular local travel to hospitals and referral sources Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + potential bonus/commission structure Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us?
