Job Description The Resident Services Coordinator serves as the primary social services liaison for residents across assigned developments within the CLOTH Portfolio. This position is responsible for conducting resident outreach, coordinating services and resources, planning and facilitating community engagement activities, and supporting residents in addressing social, housing, health, and quality-of-life concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, community-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities across various developments while maintaining strong relationships with residents, tenant leadership, property management, and community partners. This role requires frequent travel throughout Manhattan, direct resident engagement, event coordination, documentation, and program implementation. Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the primary social services contact for residents within assigned developments across the CLOTH Portfolio needs. Coordinate event logistics, including supply organization, order tracking, flyer distribution, resident reminders, and event setup/breakdown across developments within the Portfolio. Travel regularly between developments throughout Manhattan to support resident engagement, outreach efforts, event coordination, and onsite visibility. Ensure proper communication and coordination regarding staff presence, event coverage, and scheduling with both internal teams and property management. Assist in organizing, transporting, and managing event and program supplies, including lifting, bending, stooping, and moving materials as needed for program operations and event setup. Implement and oversee direct social service programming that addresses residents' mental health, physical health, housing stability, and overall well-being. Attend, support, and present at Town Hall meetings and other community engagement activities. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistent communication while ensuring assigned responsibilities and development coverage are completed effectively. Conduct wellness calls, outreach, and resident visits to assess resident needs, concerns, and service gaps. Work collaboratively with CLOTH staff and external partners to assist residents in resolving concerns and accessing appropriate resources and services. Conduct and evaluate resident surveys and maintain accurate resident records, case notes, interaction logs, and program data documentation. Establish and maintain working relationships with Tenant Association leadership, property management staff, construction teams, and external service providers to support communication, visibility, and coordination across developments. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate resident meetings, assemblies, educational workshops, social activities, bus trips, and community events throughout the portfolio. Manage and maintain event calendars and schedules across assigned developments, while remaining flexible to adjust programming and coverage based on operational and resident Required qualifications and experience 1-2 years of experience in social services, resident services, community outreach, or program coordination Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple developments, events, schedules, and competing priorities Experience coordinating resident events, outreach, or community engagement preferred Ability to work with property management, tenant associations, and external partners Strong documentation skills, including case notes, attendance tracking, and reporting Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment Ability to travel regularly between developments and support event setup/coverage as needed Ability to perform physical tasks related to event setup (lifting, carrying, organizing supplies) Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Flexibility to adjust schedule based on program and resident needs Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish strongly encouraged) To Apply Send your resume and cover letter to Samantha at .
