The Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in supporting third-party reproduction patients (intended parents, egg/sperm donors, and surrogates) through every step of their fertility journey. This role provides personalized, high-touch coordination from initial consultation through treatment completion and follow-up, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. In addition, the Outreach Coordinator represents San Diego Fertility Center at conferences and community events to build relationships, increase awareness, and strengthen engagement with patients and referral partners. Key Responsibilities Patient Onboarding and Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party patients, providing consistent, compassionate communication throughout their journey Send personalized welcome and introduction communication following initial consultation Maintain ongoing communication via email and phone to provide updates, guidance, and support Pre-Cycle Coordination Send lab orders for pre-cycle testing and FDA-required kits when applicable Track, receive, and follow up on all laboratory results to ensure timely completion Coordinate review and provider sign-off of all lab results with clinical team members Communicate cycle protocols and updates based on provider direction and test results Ongoing Coordination and Follow-Up Proactively follow up with patients to confirm next steps and maintain engagement throughout treatment cycles Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care Support resolution of patient questions, scheduling needs, and care coordination items Outreach and Community Engagement Represent San Diego Fertility Center at local, regional, and national conferences and professional events Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders Plan and execute local outreach events to educate and engage prospective patients Support development of outreach materials and presentations Track event participation, engagement, and outcomes for reporting and continuous improvement Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 2-3+ years of experience in outreach, business development, physician relations, patient services, or similar client-facing role Prior experience in fertility, reproductive health, third-party reproduction, or women's health strongly preferred Strong understanding of the fertility patient journey and sensitivity to patient experience Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinics, and community partners Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems preferred Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and partner engagement Must reside in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) Ivy Fertility is an equal opportunity employer.
