Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Community Ambassador to promote our home care services throughout the Columbus/Cincinnati area. In this role, you will focus on referral development and healthcare relationship building by connecting with hospitals, physicians, home health, hospice, rehabilitation centers and other healthcare professionals. This position offers excellent growth potential. You will play an important role in growing a trusted home care agency. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop daily itinerary to generate leads and increase referrals for home care services.
  • Grow awareness with physicians, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners.
  • Conduct community outreach, attend health fairs, schedule in-services and meetings to promote Home Instead and the services we offer.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the senior care and healthcare market.
  • Present and educate potential referral partners about our home care services, caregiver support programs, and quality standards.
  • Track marketing activities, referrals, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Maintain awareness of local healthcare trends, competitors, and community needs. Qualifications
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Comfortable with community outreach and healthcare networking.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
