About the
Role:
We are currently seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Cincinnati area. The Community Outreach position is designed to build and strengthen relationships between our organization and the diverse communities we serve across the Cincinnati. The primary goal is to increase awareness of our programs and services, fostering engagement and collaboration with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders. This role involves developing and implementing outreach strategies that effectively communicate our mission and values, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. This role will act as a liaison, gathering community feedback to inform program development and improve service delivery. Ultimately, this position aims to create a positive impact by empowering communities and enhancing our organization's presence and reputation nationwide.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Proven experience in community outreach, public engagement, or a similar role, preferably in a recovery or healthcare setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency with standard office software and outreach-related digital tools.

Experience working with diverse populations and underserved communities.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies for outreach purposes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive outreach plans tailored to various community groups and demographics.

Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations.

Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote programs and services.

Collect and analyze community feedback to identify needs and opportunities for program improvement.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate outreach outcomes and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.

Stay informed about community trends, challenges, and opportunities to adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
