We are assisting in the search for a full-time Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be working both in office and out in the community forming and strengthening relationships with for-profit and non-profit partners and potential partners to assist in the company's mission of helping underserved urban minorities. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a non-profit environment and will be comfortable serving in an ambassador type role for the agency. This would include finding and participating in outside community engagement events where you can help educate the community about services provided. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with public-sector, private-sector, and nonprofit agencies to increase community awareness Develop agency marketing strategies Increase donor and funding opportunities Conduct community outreach and promotional activities Manage social media presence Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years experience working with a development, marketing, or donor relations team required Valid driver's license and insured automobil e Benefits
