Position Overview Want a job where you're not stuck behind a desk all day? Joyce Factory Direct is looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Neighborhood Outreach team. In this role, you'll work directly in communities where Joyce has recently completed successful home remodeling projects, helping introduce homeowners to our products through neighborhood showcase events, community outreach, and face-to-face conversations. You'll help create excitement around local Joyce projects by supporting neighborhood events, engaging with homeowners, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our Design Consultants. Every neighborhood is different, giving you the opportunity to meet new people, stay active, and directly contribute to the growth of the business. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying active, and earning based on performance.
