Community Health Outreach Representative

Kaizen Family Dental is seeking an energetic and compassionate Community Health Outreach Representative to help expand our presence in the community and connect individuals with quality dental care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and making a positive impact on community health. The Community Health Outreach Representative will represent our practice at local events, businesses, schools, and community organizations while educating the public about oral health and the services we provide. Responsibilities Represent Kaizen Family Dental at community events, health fairs, and local organizations Build relationships with schools, businesses, and community groups Educate the community about oral health and available dental services Promote preventive dental care and encourage individuals to schedule appointments Distribute marketing materials and assist with outreach initiatives Track outreach activities and maintain relationships with community partners Support marketing and patient engagement efforts Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage with diverse groups Experience in community outreach, marketing, healthcare, sales, or customer service preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and represent the practice professionally Reliable transportation for community visits Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare or dental environments Bilingual abilities are a plus Experience working with community organizations or events Benefits Competitive pay Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth within the organization Meaningful work improving community health How to Apply Interested candidates should apply through Indeed or submit their resume to: contact@kaizenfamilydental.com
