Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a background in case management and/or mental health to serve as a Full-Time Community Outreach Coordinator . This role will represent both Ohio Center for Hope (Nonprofit Organization) and Neuro-Behavioral Clinical Research , building strong community partnerships and increasing awareness of mental health services, clinical resources, and clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent and promote Ohio Center for Hope and Neuro-Behavioral Clinical Research within the community Conduct outreach with professionals including social workers, caseworkers, case managers, healthcare providers, and patients Build and maintain relationships with community agencies, referral sources, and partner organizations Plan, coordinate, and lead lunch-and-learn sessions , educational presentations, and meetings Represent both organizations at health fairs, community events, and outreach activities Create and deliver presentations on topics including: Mental health awareness and education The importance of clinical trials and research participation Available nonprofit, clinical, and community resources Independently identify and develop new outreach opportunities and community partnerships
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Background in case management and/or mental health services Knowledge of community resources, care coordination, and behavioral health systems Comfortable speaking in front of individuals and groups Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-organized, consistent, and detail-oriented Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively Must be willing and able to travel locally/regionally as required May be required to work some evenings and weekends as needed for events and outreach activities Professional, confident, and relationship-focused This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about mental health advocacy, community education, and representing both a mission-driven nonprofit and a clinical research organization in the community.
Pay:
$46,883.13 - $56,461.40 per year
