Job Description

Rosales Communications is seeking Community Field Representatives based in the Lehigh Valley (Allentown / Bethlehem / Easton) region to support energy efficiency outreach and customer education initiatives across Eastern Pennsylvania. This region serves one of the highest population concentrations in the service territory and includes strong bilingual communities. Representatives will serve as professional brand ambassadors at community events, cultural festivals, municipal gatherings, and public activations. The primary goal of this role is to educate residents about energy efficiency programs, conservation best practices, and available customer assistance resources. This is a part-time, event-based contract position with flexible scheduling. Most events occur on weekends, with occasional weekday evening opportunities. Representatives may travel within approximately a 90-minute radius of the Lehigh Valley hub.
Responsibilities include:
Representing Rosales Communications and utility partners at local community events and outreach activations Engaging residents in conversations about energy conservation programs and assistance resources Providing bilingual outreach and culturally competent engagement when applicable Distributing educational materials and promotional items Setting up and breaking down booth displays, signage, and outreach equipment Collecting basic engagement data and completing post-event reporting
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences in public event environments Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 25-30 lbs of event materials Weekend availability required Spanish/English bilingual ability strongly preferred Preferred candidates will have experience in community outreach, nonprofit engagement, customer service, or event staffing. Familiarity with energy efficiency or public utility programs is a plus. This role is ideal for dependable, outgoing individuals who are motivated to serve their community through education and outreach.
