We are focused on expanding access to mental health care through strategic provider partnerships and community outreach. Position Overview We are looking for a creative and driven Analog Marketing Coordinator to lead our offline marketing and outreach efforts. This role focuses on building real-world connections with referral sources, facilities, and community partners to drive patient and provider growth. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and thinking creatively about grassroots marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person outreach to facilities, clinics, and community partners Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (SNFs, outpatient centers, group homes, etc.) Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards) Identify new opportunities for partnership and expansion Represent Prefer NP in a professional and engaging manner Track outreach efforts and report on results Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives and events Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred (but not required) Background in healthcare, sales, or marketing Experience with field marketing or community outreach Familiarity with behavioral health or healthcare settings Compensation Competitive base + performance-based incentives Why Join Prefer NP Be part of a fast-growing healthcare startup High-impact role with visible results Opportunity to grow into a larger business development role Flexible and dynamic work environment
