Care Advocate

FirstLight Home Care of Denton is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Care Advocate to support families exploring home care while building trusted relationships throughout the senior care community. This hybrid role combines family intake, lead follow-up, and client advocacy with community outreach and referral relationship building . We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, connecting with people, and making a difference in the lives of older adults and their families. Responsibilities Respond to new client inquiries and follow up with prospective families Build rapport with families and help guide them through care options Schedule in-home consultations and support client onboarding Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in CRM systems Build and maintain relationships with referral partners including hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, senior living communities, and other professionals serving older adults Conduct regular community outreach visits, networking, and educational events Represent FirstLight Home Care professionally in the community Qualifications Experience working with older adults preferred Healthcare, senior services, social work, home care, senior living, or community outreach experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Compassionate, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role Reliable transportation required for meetings, outreach, and client visits throughout Denton County Must be able to use phone, email, texting, and basic technology systems Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Flexible schedule with occasional community events At FirstLight Home Care of Denton, we are locally owned and personally invested in helping seniors remain safe, independent, and thriving at home. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
