Eagleville, TN & surrounding Middle TN areas (Rutherford, Williamson, and Davidson Counties)
Job Type:
Part-Time (10-15 hours/week), Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience) + monthly travel stipend. Additional performance bonuses of $250-$500 available upon reaching program enrollment milestones.

Operating under the Grain of Sand Academy, we blend the sensory and physical benefits of equine-assisted learning with evidence-based behavioral strategies to help children build communication, confidence, and connection.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to serve as the local face of Nuriel's Farm. Your primary mission is to build a steady pipeline of program participants by establishing relationships with local healthcare providers, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinics, special education departments, and parent support networks across Middle Tennessee. This is a flexible, hybrid role requiring local travel for face-to-face clinic visits, paired with remote administrative tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Provider Network Liaison:
Identify, visit, and build strong referral partnerships with local pediatricians, child psychologists, ABA therapy centers, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Murfreesboro, Franklin, and South Nashville.
School & Community Partnerships:
Establish contact with local school district inclusion coordinators, special education teachers, and Special Education PTOs (SEPTO) to share program details and session availability.
Collateral Distribution:
Manage the delivery of physical marketing materials (brochures, flyers) to targeted clinic waiting rooms and local sensory-friendly community hubs.
Event Promotion & Execution:
Coordinate and assist in hosting monthly "Sensory-Friendly Open Farm Days" at the farm to welcome referred families, answer questions, and convert tours into registrations.
Pipeline Tracking:
Maintain a simple digital log of contacted providers, follow-up dates, and distributed materials to ensure consistent relationship management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Industry Familiarity (Highly Preferred): Prior experience or a strong understanding of ABA therapy, special education, pediatric healthcare sales, or therapeutic equine industries (PATH Intl. familiarity is a plus).
Middle TN Network:
Deep knowledge of the local geographic area and an existing comfort level navigating Rutherford, Williamson, and Davidson county communities.
Relationship Builder:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills—you must be comfortable walking into a medical clinic and engaging practice managers.
Reliable Transit:
Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel to clinics and schools.
Self-Starter:
Proven ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision and meet weekly outreach goals.
