In addition to housing, we offer optional private care services, meal plans, transportation assistance, and wellness support throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our growing team and help us expand our referral network while maintaining occupancy in our homes. Position Summary The Community Outreach & Housing Placement Coordinator will be responsible for generating referrals, building strategic partnerships, conducting community outreach, and assisting in filling available beds within our shared living homes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, sales, business development, and helping individuals find housing solutions. This is a commission-based opportunity with significant growth potential for the right individual. Primary Responsibilities Conduct daily outreach calls to potential referral partners. Build relationships with hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.

Develop partnerships with:

Sober living homes Home health agencies Hospice agencies Skilled nursing facilities Rehabilitation centers Veteran organizations Churches Senior placement agencies Behavioral health organizations Transitional housing programs Community resource organizations Generate qualified resident referrals. Schedule tours and follow up with prospective residents and families. Maintain a referral and partnership database. Attend networking events and represent Mission Ready Homes professionally. Follow up consistently with leads and referral sources. Assist with resident intake and move-in coordination. Identify grant, funding, and partnership opportunities that could benefit the organization. Compensation Structure 20% commission on approved funding secured through partnerships and referral sources. Additional bonus paid for each bed successfully filled and occupied. Unlimited earning potential based on performance. Ideal Candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and highly driven. Comfortable making outbound calls daily. Previous experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, housing, senior services, or business development preferred. Existing relationships within healthcare, housing, social services, or community organizations is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Passion for helping others and serving the community.
