Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated county Coordinator to lead community engagement and program implementation within our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing volunteer initiatives, developing programs, and fostering strong relationships with community partners. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a passion to drive positive change in our local communities. Duties . Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outcomes, and community needs to inform continuous improvement. Collaborate with local organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and social service agencies to strengthen partnerships. Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records of program activities. Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams within community or social service settings. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting processes. Background in marketing or fundraising is a plus for expanding program reach and securing resources. Previous administrative experience including recruiting volunteers or staff is preferred.
