Pickleball Haven is Orange County's premier fully indoor pickleball facility, featuring 14 state-of-the-art courts built from the ground up specifically for the sport. More than just a place to play, Haven was created to foster genuine community and connection around a shared love of pickleball. With a strong focus on hospitality, inclusivity, and a high-level player experience, Haven brings together players of all backgrounds and skill levels in a welcoming, energetic environment designed for both competition and camaraderie. This full-time hybrid role is designed for a proactive self-starter who thrives on building connections, creating memorable experiences, and growing a vibrant community. You will lead our event management, partnership development, and community engagement efforts throughout Orange County.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Events & Hospitality :
    Coordinate private parties, corporate outings, and competitive events from inquiry through execution, ensuring high-touch hospitality.
  • Community Outreach :
    Actively build long-term partnerships with local businesses, schools, and city organizations to drive brand awareness and recurring events.
  • Lead Management :
    Respond professionally to inquiries and proactively generate new leads for private and corporate bookings.
Marketing Support :
Assist with event promotion via social media and email marketing.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, community outreach, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polished communication style
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a "make it happen" attitude.
  • Experience with Canva, social media, and CRM tools is preferred; pickleball knowledge is a plus.
