This is a remote, part-time (20 hours/week), temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a growing development team aligned with PST business hours.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fundraising Coordinator will play a key role in advancing a multi-year capital campaign by driving donor outreach and engagement efforts. This individual will manage prospect pipelines, initiate outreach, and coordinate meetings to support fundraising leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized fundraiser with a strong ability to independently generate and nurture donor relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, manage, and actively engage a pipeline of donor prospects Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to drive donor engagement Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and organizational leadership Support ongoing capital campaign initiatives and fundraising strategies Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records within CRM systems Identify and qualify new donor prospects to expand fundraising efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in nonprofit fundraising with a focus on donor outreach and engagement Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and coordinate multiple priorities effectively Strong communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results Proficiency with CRM systems and general technology tools

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers an hourly pay range of $32-$35/hour, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Additional benefits may be available upon hire conversion, depending on organizational offerings.
