This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, educating the community, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families. As the face of the organization within the community, you will develop strategic partnerships, generate referral opportunities, and guide prospective patients and caregivers through a consultative enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Relationship Building Develop and execute outreach strategies to support community growth goals Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and community partners Identify and cultivate high-quality referral opportunities within the local market Patient & Family Engagement Conduct consultative conversations with prospective patients and caregivers to assess needs and explain available services Serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the enrollment journey Ensure all interactions are compassionate, inclusive, and person-centered Community Presence Represent the organization at networking events, health fairs, educational presentations, and community meetings Increase community awareness through professional and engaging outreach efforts Collaboration & Operations Partner closely with enrollment teams and clinical staff to support a seamless patient onboarding experience Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity, referrals, and follow-up efforts within the CRM system Monitor market trends and community demographics to identify new outreach opportunities Professional Development Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and compliance education Stay informed on best practices related to senior care and community engagement Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in community outreach, business development, relationship-based sales, or healthcare marketing 1+ year of experience working with older adult or frail/elderly populations preferred (training available) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel Ability to pass background screening and medical clearance requirements Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid eligibility and local senior service programs Proven success meeting outreach, referral, or relationship-building goals in a consultative environment Additional Information Hybrid work environment combining community outreach and office collaboration Frequent local travel throughout the Evansville service area required Opportunity for bonus incentives based on performance and growth metrics If you are passionate about serving older adults and enjoy building meaningful relationships within the community, we encourage you to apply. #Workwolf
