In this role, you will develop and implement outreach strategies that promote our programs, services, and initiatives. Your energetic approach will result in prospective patients, and other providers to participate actively in our program. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by expanding our reach, strengthening relationships, and advancing public health and social well-being. Duties Coordinate on the phone/via text with potential referrals/referral partners, web and phone referrals. Design and execute comprehensive outreach plans to increase awareness and participation across target communities Develop engaging marketing campaigns utilizing social media platforms, community events, and traditional media channels Collect and analyze data on outreach activities to measure impact and inform future strategies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with organizational goals and priorities Skills Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences confidently Proficiency in marketing techniques and social media management for outreach purposes Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively for continuous improvement Excellent leadership qualities paired with administrative experience in organizing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously Experience/background in mental health/clinical/managed healthcare preferred.
