We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals battling addiction and mental health disorders. Our holistic approach combines clinical expertise with a supportive environment to promote healing and long-term recovery. We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Outreach Coordinator to join our team! Job Overview The Outreach Coordinator will provide support for the Admissions and Marketing Department, in the targeting and acquisition of appropriate referrals, identifying appropriate candidates for services and client admissions every week to create internal and external growth for Galt Ocean Rehab LLC. The Outreach Coordinator will establish and develop business relationships and new resources to generate leads and gather referral Information in the community. The Outreach Coordinator will have good communication skills with extensive knowledge of addiction and mental health recovery. Duties and Responsibilities Development of referral relationships by telephone, email, and in-person visits. Utilize digital marketing tools to develop new ways to attract clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and excellent customer service, achieving high market awareness of community and prospective clients Generate leads from outside referral sources in the community through face-to-face meetings on an ongoing basis. Maintain admission records and perform administrative functions requested by Director of Admissions Develops an outreach plan based on the needs of the community on a monthly and quarterly basis. Coordinates referral development activities of all community staff involved in the admission activities Assesses referral trends, patterns, and efficiencies related to admission activities. Preserve and protect privacy, confidentiality, and security of all medical records, proprietary and other confidential information. All activities and affiliates must be in accordance with all applicable laws, especially HIPAA. Promote Galt Ocean Rehab in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior. Treat clients, family members, and other team members with dignity and respect. Communicate promptly and effectively with Director of Admissions and other team members. Work well within the team environment at Galt Ocean Rehab. Maintain and sustain a safe community and workplace Follow Galt Ocean Rehab's policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned by Director of Admissions. Conducts search of client's bags when being admitted to the facility. Confiscates and secures any contraband found and immediately notifies the Program Director, Housing Director, or supervisor on duty. Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. Design and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to connect with target communities and promote organizational programs. Develop engaging marketing campaigns utilizing social media platforms, community events, and other channels to raise awareness. Skills Proven experience in volunteer management, program development, and project coordination. Public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Strong background in marketing, social media management, and data collection techniques. Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, or social work is highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in administrative tasks. Effective recruiting skills combined with teaching abilities to educate community members about available resources. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
