This position is responsible for promoting programs, gathering data, and advocating for community needs. Base Pay Plus Commison and Bonuses Duties Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage various stakeholders. Collect and analyze data to assess community needs and program effectiveness. Manage social media platforms to enhance community engagement and awareness of programs. Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to promote initiatives and gather support. Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and agencies to strengthen partnerships. Assist in fundraising efforts to support community programs and initiatives. Provide administrative support including reporting, documentation, and record keeping. Participate in recruiting volunteers or staff for various programs as needed. Utilize skills in addiction counseling or social work when addressing community challenges. Requirements Proven experience in program development or community outreach is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Proficiency in social media management to effectively communicate with the community. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Background in social work or addiction counseling is a plus but not mandatory. Experience in data collection and analysis to inform program strategies.
