Outreach Specialist Cater Psychiatry Saint Charles, IL Job Details Part-time $500 - $1,000 a month 19 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Qualifications Research Full Job Description Community Outreach Representative - Cater Psychiatry Position Summary Cater Psychiatry is seeking a motivated Community Outreach Representative to help build relationships with local healthcare providers in the St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, and surrounding areas. The representative will visit primary care offices, therapy practices, counseling centers, and other healthcare providers to introduce Cater Psychiatry, distribute marketing materials, and educate providers about our ability to offer timely psychiatric evaluations and medication management services. Responsibilities Research and compile lists of local primary care offices, therapists, counselors, and other referral sources. Visit healthcare offices in person to introduce Cater Psychiatry. Distribute business cards, brochures, and referral information. Educate providers and office staff about our services and insurance participation. Highlight same-week psychiatric appointment availability when applicable. Track outreach efforts and maintain a database of contacted offices. Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources. Provide feedback regarding community needs and referral opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Comfortable with in-person outreach and local travel. Organized and detail-oriented. Healthcare marketing, sales, medical office, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation required. Compensation Flexible schedule. Mileage reimbursement (if applicable). Hourly pay and/or performance-based incentives available.
