Job Description
Job Summary Eden Home Cares is a growing home care agency dedicated to helping seniors, veterans, and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. We are currently expanding our community presence and are seeking a motivated individual to help us build referral relationships and connect with those who may benefit from our services. Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and community-oriented individual to assist with outreach and referral development throughout Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities. This position begins as part-time but has the potential to become a long-term opportunity as the company grows. Responsibilities Distribute flyers and marketing materials throughout the community Build relationships with churches, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, social workers, and community organizations Identify potential referral sources for home care services Assist with community outreach events Follow up on leads and referral opportunities Help increase awareness of Eden Home Cares services Maintain records of outreach activities and referral contacts Assist with social media outreach when needed Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with community members and local organizations Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently Basic computer and smartphone skills Sales, marketing, caregiving, healthcare, ministry, or community outreach experience is a plus Passion for helping seniors and veterans Schedule Flexible Part-Time Hours Approximately 10-20 hours per week initially What We Offer Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth within the company Meaningful work serving seniors and veterans Performance-based bonus opportunities Potential for expanded responsibilities as the company grows To Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction explaining why you are interested in this position.
