Community Partnerships Coordinator (Part-Time)

Nashville, TN (Hybrid/Flexible)
Compensation:
$25/hour
Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per month Do you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and connecting others to meaningful causes? FYF is seeking a Community Partnerships Coordinator to help grow relationships with churches, businesses, civic groups, and community organizations throughout Middle Tennessee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, community engagement, relationship-building, and helping connect people to opportunities that make a difference. About FYF FYF exists to make love tangible for families growing up without their father's support by providing essential resources and opening pathways to transformation. Through Love Boxes, Out of the Box Experiences, coaching, and community support, we help families move from surviving to rising, thriving, leading, and changing the world. What You'll DoBuild Community Relationships Reach out to churches, businesses, civic groups, and community organizations Introduce potential partners to the mission and work Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations Follow up with prospective and existing partners Grow Volunteer & Community Support Recruit volunteer groups for Love Box packing events, distributions, and special projects Share volunteer opportunities with churches, businesses, and community groups Help identify organizations interested in hosting donation drives or service projects Support Sponsorship & Partnership Development Help identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities Schedule meetings with prospective partners Assist with community outreach efforts and presentations Support relationship-building efforts with donors, churches, and businesses Represent the Mission Attend occasional networking events, volunteer fairs, and community gatherings Help share the impact and mission Serve as a positive ambassador for the organization What Success Looks Like Building relationships with new churches, businesses, and community organizations Scheduling partnership conversations and introductions Helping recruit volunteer groups and supporters Maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with partners Expanding awareness throughout the community Ideal Candidate Friendly, outgoing, and relationship-focused Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized and dependable Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails Self-motivated and proactive Passionate about helping families and strengthening communities Experience in sales, business development, fundraising, ministry, community outreach, customer relations, or nonprofit work is a plus Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings and community events Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools Ability to represent the organization professionally Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Why Join Us?
