Job Description
Real People Solutions is on the grow, and we're looking for a motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to act as LeafGuard's go-to representative out in the community. You'll spend your days meeting homeowners, building real relationships, and feeding qualified leads to our sales team. When you do this well, every customer conversation that follows starts on a foundation of familiarity, confidence, and trust. In this role, you'll help residents understand what LeafGuard's gutter protection can do for their homes, all while listening closely to the maintenance challenges each one is dealing with. That mix of authentic community presence and a consultative, needs-first style is what keeps customer relationships strong and keeps LeafGuard known as a home improvement name people trust. The way a property is laid out, the landscaping around it, the design of the roof, the maintenance issues someone's been putting off — all of it affects which solutions actually matter to them. Your job is to meet each homeowner where they are, shaping every conversation to fit them so it genuinely connects and builds trust that lasts. Your Core Responsibilities as Community Outreach Coordinator Connect with homeowners about their maintenance concerns and introduce them to LeafGuard's solutions Lay out the benefits of LeafGuard products in clear, customer-friendly terms Ask smart, thoughtful questions to uncover needs and surface qualified sales opportunities Partner with the sales team to set up consultations and follow up with prospects on time Bring LeafGuard's value to life with real customer success stories and examples Keep tabs on your outreach activity and feed back what you're learning to improve lead quality and results Show up as a professional face for LeafGuard at community events, local initiatives, and every customer touchpoint What You'll Bring as a Community Outreach Coordinator Some background in community outreach, customer service, or sales is a bonus, though not a must Sharp communication and interpersonal skills, plus a natural ability to build rapport fast The organization to handle several conversations, events, and follow-ups at once A genuine interest in learning about home improvement, gutter protection systems, and what homeowners need A positive, self-starting, customer-focused mindset Why Join Real People Solutions You'll get real training, hands-on mentorship, and the backing to step into this role with confidence, along with a clear path forward as you grow with us.
