Great Strides ABA is dedicated to providing top-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in the Austin community. We are passionate about making a positive impact and growing our reach within the community.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Outreach Director to build meaningful relationships within the Austin community. This role involves promoting our services, increasing referrals, and expanding our presence in schools, doctor's offices, non-profits, and other community organizations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement and dedicated to connecting families and professionals with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with community stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and non-profits Attend community events to promote Great Strides ABA and network with potential clients and referral sources Increase brand awareness and visibility in the Austin area Build trust and rapport with parents and families, understanding their needs and providing resources Facilitate the recruitment of BCBA's and RBT's Meet with families to introduce our services and support their needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients Identify decision makers. Follow up with client organizations. Act as an interface between clients and internal support teams. Develop insights to identify new prospects. Utilize Internet information sources. Locate publication opportunities. Cold-calling and drop-ins.
Networking E-mail/e-marketing Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in community outreach, marketing, or healthcare preferred Knowledge of ABA services or related fields is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the community Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work well in a fast-paced environment.
