Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Community Liaison and Outreach Specialist to strengthen our community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to relationship-building, and a passion for connecting individuals with essential healthcare services. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the community, promoting awareness of our services and fostering meaningful partnerships. Duties Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase community awareness of our healthcare services. Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders. Conduct presentations and product demos to educate potential clients and referral sources about our offerings. Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that align with organizational goals. Manage outside sales activities by identifying new opportunities and expanding the organization's reach within the community. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive engagement. Utilize analysis skills to assess outreach effectiveness, track metrics, and optimize strategies for greater impact. Experience Proven experience in community outreach, account management, or sales roles within healthcare or related sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a background in B2B (business-to-business) sales or medical sales. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration. Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and organizational tools. Experience conducting product demos or technical sales presentations in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings is preferred. Ability to analyze data to inform outreach strategies and improve engagement outcomes. Prior PHC or
