We are seeking energetic individuals to join our growing Community Engagement Team representing Plan International USA, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing children's rights and equality for girls around the world. In this role, you will engage with members of the public at community events, festivals, retail partnerships, and awareness campaigns while helping raise support for programs that provide education, healthcare, protection, clean water, and economic opportunities to children and families worldwide. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, public relations, event marketing, and nonprofit outreach while making a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Represent Plan International USA at community events and outreach campaigns Educate the public about programs supporting children and families worldwide Build positive relationships with community members Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution Promote awareness of nonprofit initiatives and global impact programs Work closely with team leaders to achieve campaign goals Participate in leadership and professional development training What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Comfortable interacting with new people Team-oriented mindset Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping others and creating positive change No previous experience is required.
