In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our presence and drive business growth. Responsibilities Build and maintain referral relationships throughout the Dallas area Visit hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, and other referral sources Promote agency services and educate referral partners on available programs Attend community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare outreach activities Follow up on referral opportunities and maintain professional relationships Submit weekly activity and outreach reports Requirements Healthcare, marketing, customer service, recruiting, sales, or community outreach experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, professional, and dependable Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
