Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Community Liaison for Home Care, where your passion for community engagement and healthcare will make a meaningful difference. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our home care services client and the communities we serve, fostering trust, understanding, and collaboration. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations, ensuring our home care solutions meet the unique needs of each individual. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to improving quality of life through compassionate outreach and effective communication. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact within the community to promote awareness of our client's home care services Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients Conduct informational sessions and demonstrations to educate stakeholders about our offerings Coordinate outreach activities such as health fairs, seminars, and community events to increase service visibility Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through service options Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients Maintain detailed records of community interactions, feedback, and outreach efforts using organizational tools like Microsoft Office applications Skills Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and foster partnerships Proven experience in account management and outside sales within healthcare or related sectors Ability to deliver engaging demos and explain technical aspects clearly to diverse audiences Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport and convey complex information simply Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others and work independently in a community setting Analytical skills to assess community needs, track outreach effectiveness, and adapt strategies accordingly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint for presentations, reports, and documentation Knowledge of medical sales, pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry standards is a plus Organizational skills to manage multiple outreach initiatives efficiently while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for energetic professionals eager to make a positive impact in their communities while developing valuable skills in healthcare outreach and relationship management.
