Business Developer Intern

Position Summary BroadAxis is looking for a highly organized and proactive coordinator to support government-focused business development initiatives using AI tools, social media, event coordination, and outreach activities.

This role will support:

digital marketing AI-assisted social media operations event sourcing and coordination government outreach activities training/workshop coordination relationship tracking The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, professional, and comfortable learning AI tools and attending in-person networking events. Core Responsibilities AI-Assisted Social Media & Marketing Create and schedule LinkedIn/social media posts using AI tools Support executive branding and event promotion Create simple marketing materials using Canva or similar tools Post event recaps and company updates Event Research & Coordination Research and identify: government events technology conferences AI/public sector events workforce and community programs Coordinate registrations, schedules, travel, and follow-ups Track upcoming networking and sponsorship opportunities Business Development Support Support outreach campaigns using AI tools Maintain contact and relationship tracking Organize meeting notes and follow-up actions Research agencies, organizations, and decision-makers Training & Workshop Coordination Help coordinate AI bootcamps, workforce programs, and training sessions Manage attendee communication and scheduling Assist with presentation and event preparation Required Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using social media platforms Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT Professional attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable attending networking events Good follow-up and coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Excel, or CRM tools Marketing, communications, or business background Interest in AI, technology, or government secto
