This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop impactful outreach strategies, foster meaningful partnerships, and elevate awareness of available programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about public health, social work, and community service, with a proven track record in marketing, program development, and volunteer management. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to promote senior services across various community platforms including social media, local events, and partnerships. Manage volunteer programs by recruiting, training, supervising, and recognizing volunteers who support outreach activities. Conduct public speaking engagements at community events, health fairs, and stakeholder meetings to raise awareness about available senior programs. Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local agencies to build strong partnerships that enhance service delivery. Lead program development efforts by designing new initiatives that address community needs and improve service accessibility. Collect and analyze data related to outreach effectiveness, participant engagement, and program impact to inform continuous improvement. Oversee social media management by creating engaging content, monitoring online interactions, and expanding digital presence. Coordinate fundraising activities and grant applications to support outreach programs and community initiatives. Supervise staff or interns involved in outreach activities, providing mentorship and administrative oversight. Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements ensuring all activities align with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams or programs related to community outreach or social services. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in program development, project management, and marketing strategies. Knowledge of data collection methods and social media management tools for effective outreach measurement. Background in public health, addiction counseling, social work or related fields is highly desirable. Leadership qualities with experience in recruiting staff or volunteers and fostering team collaboration. Administrative skills including experience with fundraising efforts, grant writing, and event planning. Teaching or training experience that supports educational outreach initiatives is a plus. Join our team to lead impactful outreach efforts that empower seniors while advancing your career in a vibrant community-focused environment! Visit 15-25 community contacts per week. Call 30-50 referral/community contacts per week.

Attend 1-2 community events per month.

Schedule 2-4 presentations per month.

Build a contact list of churches, clinics, apartment managers, senior centers, adult daycare, home health agencies, case managers, and social workers.

They should report every Friday with:

Who they visited, who they called, what referrals or leads came in, what events are coming up, and what follow-up is needed.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
