Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with families to ensure their experience at Romp n' Roll exceeds their expectations.

Operational Support:

Assist with various tasks to help operate the business smoothly. This includes selling memberships and parties, cleaning and organizing, gathering supplies for upcoming classes and events, and ensuring the facility is always ready for action.

Teaching:

Lead engaging and interactive music, movement, and art classes for children aged 0-5. Utilize our comprehensive training and lesson plans to deliver a high-quality experience.

Parent Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents, providing them with insights into their child's development and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Community Outreach:

Participate in community outreach activities to promote Romp n' Roll and its programs. Foster connections with local organizations and families. Are You the Right Fit?
