The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic role model who is passionate about sharing the Catholic faith, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues and school families, and demonstrate a commitment to advance the mission of the school. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in donor engagement, database maintenance, and event planning. Expertise in strategic outreach and the ability to interact professionally and enthusiastically with the school and Hampton Roads community is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the Leadership team on the overall management, operations, and strategic vision of the school.
Relationship Building:
Strengthen connections with alumni, families, and friends of the school.
Philanthropy:
Cultivate a culture of giving to advance the school's mission and strategic goals.
Event & Campaign Lead:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Shrimp Boil & BBQ, Annual Golf Tournament, Annual Auction, EISTC, iGiveCatholic Campaign, and Annual Appeal. Maintain strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently. Perform other related duties as required/assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Communication. Demonstrated success in donor engagement, event planning, and budgeting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Light physical effort required. May need to transport items weighing up to 40 pounds. Will be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
