Community Outreach & Family Educator (Full time, 30-40 hrs/week, M-F 9-5) Hourly comp, TBD

Richmond area, VA Every ABA company is at the pediatrician's office. Nobody is in the neighborhood. We're changing that. EzCare ABA is looking for a Community Outreach & Family Educator. We need someone who shows up where parents actually are. Not just doctor's offices. Barbershops. Churches. Daycares. Cultural centers. WIC offices. Anywhere a parent might be sitting with a gut feeling about their child and no idea what to do next. Your job isn't to sell anything. It's to meet families where they are, hand them something useful, and help them take the first step. What you'll do:
  • Build relationships in neighborhoods, not just medical offices
  • Distribute educational materials in community spaces
  • Connect families to resources
  • Show up consistently so people know your face and trust your name
  • Collaborate with our clinical and ops team on capacity and intake You're the right person if:
  • You have roots or relationships in the communities we serve
  • You're bilingual (Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged)
  • You move through the world warmly and people open up to you naturally
  • You're self-directed; eight hours a day, no micromanagement
  • You have reliable transportation
Required:
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Compensation:
Hourly, TBD
