Position Summary Aetna Better Health of Virginia (a CVS Health Company) is looking for a Coordinator, Community Resource Center (CRC) to join our team. You will be a member of the Aetna Better Health of Virginia team. This position will also support the Community Development team, a unique team that helps fulfill the company's purpose of bringing our heart to every moment of your health by attracting great people to CVS Health while developing strong loyalty with our community partners, customers, clients, and members. The CRC Coordinator will support this work
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Community Resource Center (CRC).
  • Plan and execute health and wellness programming events.
  • Assist the Plan's Marketing Communication Manager in creating marketing materials for events and distributing materials within the community.
  • Execute on market strategy to ensure events and programming are well-attended.
  • Maintain accurate records of CRC usage through Salesforce system.
  • Report on metrics as required.
  • Build and maintain collaborations and partnerships with local community-based organizations to increase usage of the CRC.
  • Maintain communication with Envision Center team members and CRC staff to coordinate activities and ensure cohesion.
  • Leverage stakeholders to identify partnerships and opportunities at the local level to creatively meet members' needs
  • Support the development of critical collaborations government, non-government, and nonprofit organizations that will foster diversity and inclusion and build a CRC reflective of our members, and communities we serve.
  • Order and replenish necessary supplies for the center Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years related work experience Ability to work independently 50% travel within assigned local community required.
Preferred Qualifications Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred Education High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $36.78 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
